Description
CARTON 50 SP is a powerful systemic insecticide containing Cartap Hydrochloride 50% SP, belonging to the nereistoxin group of insecticides. It is widely trusted by farmers for effective control of stem borers, leaf folders and other chewing insects in rice, sugarcane and vegetable crops across India. Cartap Hydrochloride acts as a pro-insecticide which is converted into nereistoxin inside the insect body, blocking nicotinic acetylcholine receptors in the nervous system and causing paralysis and death of the target pest.
CARTON 50 SP provides triple mode of action — contact, stomach and systemic — ensuring complete pest control even in hard-to-reach plant parts. It is rapidly absorbed through the leaf surface and translocated throughout the plant, providing protection to new growth as well.
